Produces a wind around you that inflicts light Magic-based damage to nearby enemies while blowing them away and inflicting a Mute effect on them. However, using it will cost you 10% of your MAX HP.
- Cannot be used if your current HP is less then 10% of your MAX HP
- Cannot be traded.
